Lung Health: Do you experience trouble breathing, shortness of breath, unexplained coughing or wheezing, or have you been diagnosed with asthma, COPD, or pulmonary fibrosis? (Dr. David M. Rosenberg from University Hospitals)

Dermatology: Do you have a skin rash, skin lesion, or skin growth of concern? (Dr. Meredith Reimer from Parker Skin & Aesthetic Clinic)

Issues with Sleep: Do you suffer from difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up tired? Are you taking medication for sleep? Do you have a history of snoring, choking, waking up during sleep, or feeling sleepy during the day? (Dr. Mansoor Ahmed, FAACP from Cleveland Sleep Research Center)

Mental Health: Do you feel anxious, worried, sad or depressed, or lack the ability to carry out daily tasks or other typical interests?
